Conceptontwikkelaar en designer Matthew Small ontwikkelde een schitterend concept voor het resort, dat wij met veel plezier hebben helpen vormgeven. Mettre a Table leverde het materiaal en advies voor restaurant- en barinrichting, het roomserviceconcept en de keukeninventaris.
Faarufushi Maldives
Faarufushi is een eiland van het Raa-atol, behorende tot de Malediven. Op dit hemelse eiland is het exclusieve Faarufushi Maldives Resort gerealiseerd. Het resort bestaat uit een groot aantal bijzondere villa’s, bungalows en luxe kamers, gelegen aan én in de prachtige azuurblauwe Indische Oceaan. Het resort is modern en eigentijds vormgegeven. Het zicht op het water en de beleving van de oceaan staan overal centraal.
Van gedekte tafel tot keukeninventaris
Ontwerper Matthew Small schakelde Mettre a Table in om de inventaris voor het resort te verzorgen. Mettre a Table adviseerde over alle benodigdheden en leverde de volledige keukeninventaris van Paderno. De verschillende bars, restaurants en roomservice oplossingen hebben we ingericht met collecties van Sambonet en Rosenthal. Daarnaast zijn items van Revol, Stolze en Kevala gebruikt om de verschillende hotel- en restaurantconcepten verder vorm te geven.
Het was een grote, maar mooie uitdaging om de uitgebreide aanvraag in zeer korte tijd te realiseren. Een bijzondere samenwerking en een prachtig resultaat.

In regards to the professionalism of Mettre a table, I have found both Ingrid & Marc to be on their game. This was my first time using Mettre a Table from recommendations in the industry. I was very pleased from start to finish how they handled my most recent OS&E purchase for a new 200 room property in the Maldives.
Opening was moved forward by 6 weeks (I know its’ hard to believe). They took the challenge on to organize my OS&E equipment for 5 outlets. From our original introduction to loading the containers it was all completed in 3 weeks. Each outlet had a specific design and many custommade items from Artisans in Holland & Italy, for which Marc organized for me very quickly.
Having used so many companies over the years for FF&E and OS&E and having to go through the long process of describing each outlet so the supplier can paint a picture for their recommendations, this was not the case with Marc & Ingrid. As I concept, design and generally open the restaurants, its essential for me that the supplier understands the concept well, which they did.
They have enough experience. They understand what a customer is wanting. Very quickly they build a picture of the outlet and give great feedback when the discussions start about equipment. As so much of it needs to be very specific, having them recommend items I had not even thought of was a first for me in this industry. Many distributors just sell and that’s it..
Their range of items is extremely large. Their contacts are world wide and managing everything to arrive on time was completed with no stress to the client, as it so often can be.
Prices are of excellent value. I was surprised the first time I received a quote. Having used so many companies for many of the same products, their prices I could not find cheaper.
Delivery of all items were fast tracked for my recent purchase. Communication was constantly delivered from arrival in their warehouse to containers departing and arriving in their destination.
I can’t recommend them enough, very reliable, pricing competitive, service excellent.
They are not just a supplier of restaurant items, they visualize the concept and what its wanting to achieve.
